Before: I will be getting another single bed for the girls' room. The queen bed will be used downstairs in out spare room. And of course this room needs to be painted, it's just too dark for my comfort.
This ranch style home with below grade has 2200 total square feet and a little more than 1/4 of an acre of land. It has a fully fenced back yard with a large covered patio. Now that we got our hands on it, it has a garden spot (of course). And it has a two car attached garage.
The main level is finished and in good condition, just needing some upgrades, which we plan to do. This level has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room.
The basement had a flooding problem over a year before we bought it. The carpet has been removed, leaving just the cement for the floor. And the sheetrock walls were cut out and removed about 2 feet from the floor around the entire basement. With not too much work, it will be a family room, large storage room, bathroom, and two more bedrooms.
